We are a Nepal-based sourcing and import company. We find and verify suppliers in China, inspect goods, consolidate cargo at our Yiwu warehouse and deliver to your door in Nepal with customs documentation handled.

Businesses importing in their own name need a PAN/VAT registration and an EXIM code from the Department of Customs. If you do not have these yet, ask us about importing under our documentation for eligible goods.

It depends on the product. Stock items can start from one carton; custom or private-label goods usually need a factory MOQ. Mixed orders from several suppliers can be consolidated into one shipment.

Typical transit is 5–10 days by air, 15–30 days by road through Kerung or Tatopani, and 35–55 days by sea via Kolkata and Birgunj. Production time is added on top for made-to-order goods.

We quote a landed cost: product price, inspection, freight, insurance, customs duty and VAT estimate, clearing and local delivery — each line shown separately before you pay.

Yes. We offer factory audits, sample checks, pre-shipment inspection and quantity verification, with photo and video reports sent before cargo leaves China.

Payments to suppliers are made through banking channels allowed by Nepal Rastra Bank rules (LC, TT or draft depending on value). We help you set up the right documents so payment and customs records match.

Yes. We support tender and institutional supply with specification matching, compliant documentation and delivery to project sites across Nepal.
